At the recent Churches Together meeting Martin Pender from the Anglia Care Trust came to speak to us about Rough Sleepers, which was very informative and useful for us all as from time to time someone turns up at a church to find help and somewhere to sleep. The main messages we learned was never to offer money, or to be ‘too kind’ but to be supportive in other ways. Martin is the local contact and is happy to be phoned for advice (ask Church Office) or to register the rough sleeper on https://thestreetlink.org.uk/ where someone will investigate further and offer support.

Friday 3rd April 10am in Elmhurst Park for Walk of Witness followed by Open Air Service at 11am and refreshments at the Salvation Army Hall
Easter Sunrise Service
Sunday 5th April 6.00am on the River Wall near the Yacht Club followed by refreshments in the Yacht Club
Big Family Day Out
Sunday 28th June 10am till 1pm at Kingston Field
Woodbridge Regatta
Sunday 19th July beginning with ‘Songs of Praise’ 12.30pm at Whisstocks Place
