We’d love to have more hands and hearts involved as we get ready for this year’s Big Family Day Out. If you’re able to step in, here are the areas where extra support would make a huge difference:
• 🙏 Creative Prayer Tent — more friendly faces needed to guide, encourage, and bless
• 🦺 Stewards — especially later in the morning.
• 👶 Toddler Tent — if you’re already part of our regular children’s teams, we’d love your help here.
• 💬 Alpha Tent — come and offer a warm welcome to those exploring faith.
• 🙌 Prayer Tent — come and help create a peaceful, welcoming space for anyone seeking prayer.
• 🚶♀️🚶♂️ Prayer Walking around Kingston Field — gently covering the day in prayer as the event unfolds
Tent and Marquee Set Up
We’re also in need of some strong muscles! 💪
Saturday 27th June Loading and sorting marquees at the Old Vicarage from 1–3pm.
Sunday 28th June Help is welcome anytime from 8am to pitch marquees and set up. At the end of the day we’ll take everything down and unload back at the Old Vicarage.
Whether you can give an hour or the whole day, it all makes a difference — and we’d be so grateful. It’s always a joyful day full of laughter, connection, and community spirit.
